Our approach
The ATDS method is a full turnkey system for
depreciation delivery. We take care of everything. You simply complete our
application form and we will contact your managing agent and organise
access.

how our system works:

We don't require any floor plans or receipts for
renovation works or improvements carried out.As Quantity Surveyors we are qualified to assess
the construction costs.
We liase
with your managing agent and/or tenant.Once we have
received tenant’s details from your managing agent, we will contact them and
organise an inspection as soon possible. Generally we find that most tenants
prefer to have their property visited on the weekend only. It is for this reason
our firm works seven (7) days a week to both facilitate tenant’s requirements
and cater for the large volume of work undertaken
We will
endeavour to have your property inspected and the report completed within two
weeks from the engagement of our services. In some cases this may not be
possible, however we ask that you bear with us as we will only send out
completed reports once we are satisfied that we have managed to maximise
allowable claims for clients. We will make it worth the wait.
