Our self-assessed option is our basic package. With this option, you will need to complete a detailed checklist about your property. The report is majority yes/no questions and is structured to make the process as easy as possible for those who are new to the depreciation process. The checklist is relatively straightforward as long as you have a thorough knowledge of your property, however our helpful team is available on support@austtaxonline.com.au if you have any queries while filling out the forms.

The quantity surveyor will complete the depreciation schedule report based on the information you have provided. The report will be created in keeping with the ATOs Self Assessment Principle.
